Our data-driven approach

Efficacy

We measure cadidates' in-game behavior, which provides a clearer picture of candidates' cognitive abilities than self-report assessments do. The solution also eliminates the possibility of cheating as there are no good or bad answers.

Data-driven profiling

While candidates play, we record their actions. On average, 2000 data points are collected in a 15-minute-long gameplay. These in-game events are then used to calculate how candidates score on each measured competency and to create their cognitive ability profile.

Unlike traditional assessments, we have room for customization.
