We measure candidates' in-game behavior, which provides a clearer picture of candidates' cognitive abilities than self-report assessments do. The solution also eliminates the possibility of cheating as there are no good or bad answers.
While candidates play, we record their actions. On average, 2000 data points are collected in a 15-minute-long gameplay. These in-game events are then used to calculate how candidates score on each measured competency and to create their cognitive ability profile.
